At LAB Solutions, we only bake with Organic, Gluten-Free ingredients. Our WildSourdough Mix was created out of our deep desire to have Sourdough that not only tastes great, but is great for you too!  We use it to make Loaves, English muffins, Naan Bread, Focaccia Bread and more!  
Our mix is Dairy-Free, Tapioca free, Soy-Free, Egg-free.  We use Organic Gluten-Free grains along with the magic of wild fermentation to bake traditional sourdough bread that is delicious, nourishing, and comforting!

The Story began as Rose and Dan hit their 50's...

 A corporate technology executive and an elementary school teacher who started a journey to natural health and wellness via a plant based diet. Over the last 5 years, from the Wilderness of the mountains of Calaveras county, to the Natural wild wonder of Lanikai beach in the Hawaiian Islands, instead of giving up bread as we gave up Gluten, we started experimenting with creating a perfect easy to make blend for sourdough related back goods.

With using our science and understanding of grains and fermenting from brewing our own Kombucha..we embarked on a quest of creating a wild sourdough mix from superfood grains.

The result.. WOW.  It even surprised us!
