Super Sham-Rock-You Shake

Perfect way to celebrate Saint Patrick's Day or any day you need a healthy treat! Made with healthy iron & vitamins from spinach, potassium from bananas, mint to aid digestion and chocolate & vanilla to add sweetness. Top with whipped coconut cream, and garnish with mint and diced chocolate for a special treat any day!

(makes 2 servings)

INGREDIENTS:

3 frozen bananas (cut into smaller chunks)

2 cups baby spinach (or use kale)

1 cup plant milk of your choice

1/4 cup fresh mint leaves (or use a few drops mint extract)

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 Remedy Bars diced into small pieces (your choice of flavors)

 

TOPPINGS:

1/2 cup whipped coconut cream (or use any vegan whipped "cream")

1 - 2 mint leaves (to garnish if you like?)

1 chopped Remedy Bar sprinkled on top (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

1. Place the plant milk, banana chunks, spinach, mint, vanilla and Remedy Bar pieces in a blender and process until creamy and well mixed - about 30 seconds.

2. Pour into two large glasses and with the whipped cream, diced chocolate and mint leaves. Sit back and the minty - chocolatey goodness and know you are feeding yourself well today.
