Vegan Chocolate Nice Cream

Creamy, easy-to-make, rich chocolate ice cream..that's good for you? Yes! And tastes so amazing your non-vegan friends will be asking for it, too. Simple ingredients - cacao, bananas and plant based milk. Can be made in an ice cream maker or simply with a blender and a sealed container. Stays creamy and smooth even after refreezing. Perfect summertime treat that you can feel good about giving your family.

(makes 3 - 4 servings)

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups frozen sliced bananas

1/4 cup unsweetened cacao powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1- 2 tablespoon unsweetened almond milk

1 Remedy Bites Bar (chopped into small pieces)

DIRECTIONS:

Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender or Vitamix and mix on high until a smooth, thick consistency has been formed. You might need a taper or spatula to push the mixture into the blade until the mixture softens. Option to add more milk by the tablespoon as needed.

Serve immediately or transfer into a parchment-lined bread loaf pan or glass pan. Cover and place into the freezer for 1 to 2 hours to firm up.

Top with the chopped Remedy Bites and Enjoy!
