Superfruit Granola Smoothie Bowl

Red Raspberries contain strong antioxidants such as Vitamin C, quercetin and gallic acid that fight against cancer, heart and circulatory disease and age-related decline. We added Asana gluten free granola for fiber and heart health, coconut for beautiful skin, and chia for protein and fiber...and more antioxidants! This is your immunity builder bowl!

(makes 1 serving)

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup plant based yogurt of your choice

1/8 tsp LAB Raspberry Powder

1/8 tsp LAB Goji Berry powder

1/8 tsp LAB Camu Camu powder

1/8 tsp LAB Blueberry powder

(or any combination of powders you like = 1/2 tsp)

TOPPINGS:

3-4 Tbsp Asana Gluten Free Granola (your favorite flavor)

1 Tbsp shredded coconut or coconut flakes

1 tsp chia seeds (crushed for easier digestion)

1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup

extra fresh berries

DIRECTIONS:

1. Pour your yogurt into a jar or bowl and stir in the superfood powders of your choice - we love using all 4!

2. Top with the coconut, granola, crushed chia seed and berries. Drizzle the honey or maple syrup over the top and enjoy the sweetness of the season!
