Blueberry Cacao Wake-Up Shake!

You get the immunity of blueberries combined with the brain boost of cacao with the added benefits of healing and lower inflammation of hemp seeds to create a morning shake that will fuel you through to lunch. Simple to make this power combo anytime you need an energy boost in your day!

(makes 1 serving)

INGREDIENTS:

1 Tbsp blueberry powder

2 tsp cacao powder

1 cup plant-based milk of your choice

1 Tbsp hemp seeds

1/4 tsp vanilla extract (or use vanilla flavored milk)

dash cinnamon

2 medjool dates (pitted)

1/2 frozen banana

DIRECTIONS:

1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until creamy and well mixed.

2. Pour into a large glass or to-go bottle and enjoy!
